General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1) GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1) The following conditions are deemed to be accepted in their entirety by the buyer. All clauses and conditions to the contrary likely to appear on orders or printed matter of the buyer or its representative shall be considered as null and void.

2) All orders are deemed binding and irrevocable and the execution thereof does not require any acknowledgement of receipt or pro-forma invoice.

2) DELIVERIES:

All our goods travel at the recipient's risk. Carriage is free from 385 euros excluding tax. Minimum order of 150 euros excluding tax. For any order below the minimum order amount, a 15 euro administrative charge will be applied. Any return of goods requires our prior written consent. All complaints must be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods shipped or delivered and confirmed in writing within 8 days.

3) DELIVERY TIMES:

The delivery times indicated on any document whatsoever are given for information purposes only. The seller declines all responsibility if the shipment is delayed due to a natural disaster or for any reason beyond its control.

4) PRICES:

All prices in this catalogue-price list are drawn up excluding tax, packaging free, carriage due. The prices in this list are subject to change without prior notice; in particular, the prices of products subject to currency fluctuations. Prices are drawn up with reference to the manufacturer's latest price list in force on the date of the order.

5) TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Cash payment: within 10 days of the invoice date. Early payment: 0.30% per 30-day period. Payment on due date: made by bill of exchange and acceptable 30 days at the end of the month. Acceptance: the usual time for the return of the bill is 8 days. In the event of non-payment, default interest corresponding to the legal interest rate in force will be charged. In the event of late payment, penalties corresponding to three times the legal interest rate will be charged.

6) PRODUCTS:

L’OUTIL PARFAIT reserves the right to modify or improve the products presented in the general catalogue without prior notice. Product photos are not contractual.

7) RIGHT OF TITLE:

In accordance with Law n° 80-335 of 12 May 1980 and by mutual agreement between the parties, our sales are not deemed as complete until full payment of the price, in principal and incidental expenses. Consequently, our goods remain our property until this condition is met in full.

8) JURISDICTION :

In the event of a dispute, the Court of Clermont-Ferrand shall solely be competent.
